- Which services are included in the cost of the apartment?
- Included in the cost of the apartment are the immediate living arrangements for that apartment, as well as the regular cleaning and changing of the linens (minimally 1-2 times a week at a time convenient for you). Besides that, included in the cost of renting the room is all your lights, gas, heat, cold & hot water, and local calls. Note: inter-city calls are paid according to the agreement with the fees of MCT.
- I plan to stay in Moscow several weeks. Do you have any special discounts?
- Yes, of course! If you preregister to stay in our apartments (for at least 3 days) always includes an additional discount! In every case it depends on the length of the stay.
- How safe is it to live in your apartments?
- It's even more safe than the average Moscow apartment. Especially if you follow, a few simple rules: close the door, when you leave. Don't leave the balcony doors open either. Don't leave valuables out in visible places. As far as it pertains to the apartment itself, every apartment and it's exits, have steel doors at the main entrance, and all are equipped with dom-a-phones. All of our apartments are located in quiet and low-crime regions of Moscow.

- How and where can I receive the key and pay for the rent of the apartment?
- At the present moment you may select either of the option:
- You may come to us at office, located not far from metro "Novi Cheremushki". It would be necessary for you make additional comments to us of your intentions when you contact us. - Our representatives can meet with you on location, register your stay and pass on to you your key to the apartment.
- Do you have a check-out time? If so, then what time?
- We don't have just one check-out time. For your convenience we only have guidelines, which include: "Early check-out (until 12:00) and late check-out (after 2:00 pm). The late check-out requires an additional 50% of one day's use of the apartment. But we take an individual approach to every client! So please let us know how we can serve you best!
Extra Service
- Do you happen to provide any additional services?
- Certainly! We can provide you with the service of meeting you at and/or returning you to the airport or train station (and as you would expect, this service is less expensive with us, than with taxi drivers at the airport or train stations). We can provide you with consultation about the registration of visas (which we also do ourselves). We also can arrange for daily cleaning of the apartment, preparing and/or delivery of food, reservations for airline or train tickets as well as other services which along with the other services you can find explained in detail under the section "Additional Services" on our website.

- Is the cost listed on your site final?
- Yes! The cost, shown on our site already includes all taxes and overhead expenses connected with the use of the apartment (Electricty, water, gas, etc).
